TERMS OF SERVICE FOR GO MEDIA EXPRESS

Welcome to Go Media Express ("we," "us," "our," "Company"). By booking a service, placing an order, or allowing on-location filming on your property, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
1. Services - Two Service Types
Go Media Express provides done-for-you 15-second vertical video services for all business types, including but not limited to Bar & Grill, Pizza Shops, Restaurants, Retail, Service Businesses, and Automotive Dealerships / Used Car Lots.
A) Express Template Service: For restaurants and other businesses, you choose a pre-designed Express template. We customize it with your provided info.
B) On-Location Filming Service: For used car lots, dealerships, and select local businesses, we come to your location to film inventory/property. We then edit it into a ready-to-post vertical video.
Both services are $100 flat per video and delivered as a ready-to-post MP4.
2. What You Receive
You will receive one (1) vertical video, approximately 15 seconds long, delivered via digital download/email in MP4 format. Videos are optimized for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Facebook.
No logos, custom animation, or original footage creation are included unless part of an On-Location shoot. For Template service, we use only text-based info you provide at checkout.
3. What We Need From You & Your Warranties

You are solely responsible for accuracy of spelling, pricing, mileage, offers, and legal disclaimers. We will use exactly what you provide or what we collect on-site per your instruction. We are not responsible for typos, pricing errors, or illegal offers.
4. On-Location Filming - Dealership / Car Lot Specific - Assumption of Risk & Damage Waiver
This section is critical for automotive clients and all on-location clients:
You acknowledge and agree:
a) Permission & Authority: You grant Go Media Express permission to enter your property, lot, showroom, and to film, walk around, open/close doors, and sit in vehicles for filming purposes only. You will not ask us to test drive, move, or operate any vehicle.
b) No Vehicle Operation: We do NOT test drive, move, start, or transport vehicles. Filming is static and exterior/interior walk-around only. If a vehicle needs to be moved for a better shot, YOU or your staff must move it.
c) Not Responsible For Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Media Express, its owner, contractors, and equipment are NOT responsible for any damages, loss, theft, injury, or claims arising from or related to on-location filming, including but not limited to: damage to vehicles, inventory, lot surface, building, signage, personal property, customer vehicles, or injury to your staff, customers, or third parties. This includes incidental contact with a vehicle, tripping hazards, weather, or equipment failure.
d) Property & Inventory Condition: You accept your lot and inventory AS-IS for filming. You are responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and safe to be around. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, dirt, dents, or mechanical issues visible in the video.
e) Insurance: You are responsible for maintaining your own garage liability, lot insurance, and general liability insurance. We carry our own camera equipment insurance only and do not insure your property or inventory.
f) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Media Express from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) brought by any third party, customer, employee, or vehicle owner related to our presence on your property at your request or related to the accuracy of the vehicle information you provided.
5. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is within 48 hours after (a) we receive your complete info at checkout for template orders, OR (b) completion of on-location filming for lot shoots. Weekends, holidays, weather delays, and lot access delays may extend delivery. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
6. Payment & Pricing
All videos are $100 flat per video, USD, paid in full at booking/checkout. For on-location shoots, travel fees may apply if outside our standard service area, disclosed before booking.
7. ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of custom digital products and on-location labor, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once work has commenced (opening an order, editing, rendering, or traveling to your location), no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges for any reason.
Includes but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect info, spelling errors, pricing/mileage errors, social media restrictions, decision not to post, vehicle sells before delivery, weather, or lot conditions.
If you submit incorrect information, you must place a new order at full price.
8. No Revisions
This is a $100 flat Express service. No revisions are included. What you submit / what we collect on-site is what we produce. Any change to template, offer, day, price, vehicle, or info is a new $100 order.
9. Intellectual Property & License
We retain all rights to our templates, editing styles, transitions, and raw footage. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the final delivered MP4 for your own business marketing (social media, website, in-store displays).
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or claim ownership of our templates or raw footage. Raw on-location footage is not delivered unless purchased separately.
10. Client Content Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws regarding advertising, including FTC guidelines, state motor vehicle dealer laws, pricing, financing disclosures, and truth-in-advertising. We are not a law firm and do not verify legal compliance of your offer or vehicle listing.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any business or content that is offensive, illegal, discriminatory, deceptive, or adult in nature.
11. Disclaimer - No Guaranteed Results
Videos are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee views, likes, sales, customers, leads, or any specific business results.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO MEDIA EXPRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOST INVENTORY VALUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC VIDEO ($100).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
